Initial Naturopathic Consultation
$350 | $50 deposit applied toward your visit
Our initial consultation provides time to:
Review your health history, current concerns, and priorities.
Explore potential contributing factors and patterns affecting your well-being.
Discuss your goals and possible approaches to care.
Identify individualized next steps.
Follow-up visits and ongoing care are available when appropriate. A long-term commitment is not required to begin.

I'll review your request and contact you if any additional information or scheduling adjustments are needed.
Once we agree on an appointment time, you'll receive confirmation, any applicable deposit invoice, and instructions for completing your intake forms.
A $50 deposit is required to confirm new-patient consultations and is applied toward the visit fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit, according to the practice cancellation policy.
Returning Patients
If you've worked with me previously, you're welcome to request an appointment using the same button or by calling the practice.
You do not need access to my current patient portal to reconnect.
If you already have access to my new CHARM patient portal for Healwise, you may also use it to request follow-up care.
Location & Scope of Care
Virtual naturopathic consultations are available to patients physically located in Oregon. Limited in-person appointments in Astoria will be available when office scheduling begins.
Healwise offers supportive naturopathic care in collaboration with your existing healthcare providers. I do not provide comprehensive primary care, urgent care, or emergency medical services.
For urgent medical concerns, please contact your primary care provider or an urgent care clinic. For medical emergencies, call 911.
