A return to rhythm, stability, and trust in your body

Naturopathic care for individuals navigating fatigue, metabolic changes, and life transition

If your body no longer feels predictable — this is where we begin.

IS THIS YOU?

Many people reach a point where their body no longer responds the way it used to.

  • Energy becomes inconsistent

  • Sleep feels disrupted

  • Digestion is unpredictable

  • Stress is harder to recover from

You may have tried different approaches —
but nothing seems to fully settle.

Often, the issue isn’t a single diagnosis.

It’s that the body has lost its sense of rhythm.

When sleep, nourishment, light exposure, and stress patterns become inconsistent,
the body shifts into compensation instead of stability.

My work focuses on helping you rebuild that foundation.

Through a rhythm-based, physiology-informed approach, we work with:

  • blood sugar stability

  • sleep and circadian rhythm

  • digestion and inflammation

  • nervous system regulation

  • stress physiology

  • daily patterns and pacing

This is not about chasing symptoms.

It’s about restoring coherence so the body can begin responding again.

Many of the individuals I work with are not only physically depleted.

They are navigating transition —
in their health, their identity, or their lives.

This work creates space for that too.

Because healing is not only physical.
It’s a return to feeling like yourself again.

About me

A woman with curly, shoulder-length gray hair, wearing a dark blazer, smiling and looking at the camera against a green and blue blurred background.

My approach to care has been shaped not only by my clinical training, but by my own experience navigating illness.

After my diagnosis of breast cancer, I began to see more clearly how much the body depends on stability, rhythm, and internal coherence — not just treatment.

This perspective led me to pursue naturopathic medicine and to develop a way of working that focuses less on reacting to symptoms and more on restoring the conditions the body needs to function.

Today, my work centers on helping women rebuild that foundation — in a way that is steady, thoughtful, and sustainable.

How to Begin

There are two ways to begin, depending on what feels right for you.

Start with Rhythm

A 6-week foundational program

The Rhythm Reset is designed to help stabilize energy, restore sleep patterns, and support your nervous system through simple, consistent rhythms.

This is the starting point for many people.

Work Together 1:1

In some cases, I may recommend beginning with the Rhythm Reset before moving into deeper care.

Personalized naturopathic care

If you’re ready for more individualized support, we can begin with a comprehensive consultation and determine the most appropriate path forward.

The body responds to rhythm more than intensity.

When rhythm is restored,
many systems begin to stabilize.

You don’t need to do everything.

You need a place to begin —
in a way your body can actually respond to.
