Pricing for services
Establish care/ 1st time visit (75 minutes)- $270
Visit includes thourough intake; appropriate physical exam(s); diet,lifestyle, nutritional and supplement evaluation and counseling, and individualized treatment plan. Labs may be ordered which will be an additional cost.
Follow up visit (45 minutes)- $135
Visit includes treatment plan assessment, follow up lab assessments, lifestyle coaching. Assessment of any new concerns.
Annual wellness Exam (60 minutes)- $180
Visit includes a health screening intake, appropriate physical exam(s), referrals for health screening labs and imaging. The cost of labs and imaging are not covered in this visit.
Complimentary Consultation (15 minutes)- $0
